Avid Mag V-brake tuning tutorial, 234.9g

This is an old tutorial which I put up a long time ago on togoparts.com...

It's not really well written (I was much younger back then), and I don't conform to grammatical rules as much on togoparts, sorry... X_X <-- actually, here, too. Some pictures for preview (there are more at the links):



On hindsight, I could do more tuning by
- completely replacing the steel spacers with nylon ones,
- using sehsuan's recommendation of shorter Avid noodles
- using KCNC or Extralite pad holders,
- and using an aluminium tensioning bolt for each spring (x4).

Avid Mags can definitely reach the 210+g zone.
