Instructions manual. Cut up as though he used his daughter's scissors from art class. The English looks like some backstroke of the west.
Yes that's right. They look real dirty - and it can't be washed off either! They are supposed to be 1st hand, but Bernhard must have fought a war with the brake pads in his pocket.
I'll save my comments. Here's some quotes from Eric.
"He damn rich, send us some junks and happily go skiing with our $. My heart crying."
On Bernhard not replying to our emails.
"Damn sad, he painted my seat binder. So cheapo. He go use marker colour it black!"
On the design quality
"His packaging I see really wanna cry. See liao tonight can't sleep."
On the packaging quality.
"The quality I wanna cry."
On the build quality of the parts.
"Maybe he use more glue."
On my pads weighing 33% more than expected.
"He forgot your seat clamp. And my clamp come no bolt."
On some parts that he forgot to send.
Lol but otherwise some of it is relatively pleasant. Like his Ergo clamps ended up at 9.1g, almost a full gram lighter than claimed. I think there's a lot of potential for improvement though. I'm not entirely shutting off any chance on buying his parts again. I like his bottle cages very much. And he has a nice variety of components which no one else makes.
